2. Delivery of Goods/Services
The goods/services will be delivered/performed by timelines as agreed upon.
Any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
3. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding the invoice must be communicated in writing within 24hrs day of receipt of the invoice.
Both parties agree to resolve disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be escalated to Mediation.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Orders canceled within 24hrs work days are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations after the delivery of goods/services will not be eligible for a refund unless the goods/services are proven to be defective or not as described.
5. Warranties
The seller guarantees that the goods/services delivered will be as described and free from defects.
Any warranties provided are in addition to, and do not limit, any rights under consumer laws.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all information regarding this transaction confidential unless required by law.
7. Governing Law
This invoice and the terms therein shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
8. Liability
The seller's liability is limited to the amount of the invoice. The seller is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the transaction.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts of God, war, terrorism, labor strikes, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
10. Acceptance
Payment of this invoice constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
